Heat, Styling & Chemical FAQ

How much heat can I use on the extensions?

Recommended: below 356–392°F (180–200°C)

Always use a heat protectant.
Can I color the extensions?

Custom color should always be done by a professional to maintain the integrity of the hair.
 Can I swim with the extensions?

Yes — with precautions:

  • Apply leave-in conditioner as a barrier
  • Braid or secure hair

Limit exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and sun to prevent dryness and discoloration.
