Shipping Protection
 All shipments include tracking. For higher-value orders, additional protection such as insurance and signature confirmation may be applied to ensure secure delivery.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping provider to file a claim

Vanta Hair Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review and resolve promptly.
